iMica one from ClusterUK

Welcome to the new iMica one from Cluster Uk Developments ltd and powered by Aros.

This product is based on the Intel ITX motherboard in a very small footprint case about the size of two CDrom drives on top of each other. Performance is great because of the way that Aros is designed, which is lightweight and not cumbersome like Windows and Unix systems.

This system will run the VmwAros v1.02 and upwards distributions and it comes preinstalled and ready to go. If you want to learn more Click Here

If you own Amiga Forever, or you purchase it at the same time as the unit, then this system will run most Amiga 68k software within the Aros environment.

Included in this system OS are programming tools, games, internet tools, music and video player and much more.

Important Note:

Aros is at present around 90% complete and whilst this is a very usable computer and when not testing beta software is a nice stable ish platform. However as this system is still beta at the moment can fall over, although the fast reboot means it is not the end of the world. So if you are looking for a robust system please look elsewhere while we finish the system, however, if you are an adventurous hobbyist and want to see what this system is capable of now in a powerful and fun small computer that will bring back the excitement of owning an Amiga like computer again, on fast hardware, but with full compatibility with Amiga Forever then here it is.

At present while more advanced drivers are written for this unit, it will have an extra Soundblaster live card to replace the inbuilt sound. Once sound drivers are written this can be removed and free the built in PCI slot for future planned upgrades.
